日本首相安倍晉三與美國總統歐巴馬，台北時間今天（28日）早上在珍珠港，追悼罹難者，兩人還發表聯合聲明，而安倍晉三也是首位和美國總統到訪珍珠港的日本首相。
日本首相安倍晉三：「作為日本首相，我向在這裡那些逝去的亡靈，獻上真誠和無止盡的慰問。」
美國總統歐巴馬：「謝謝您今天的出席，一個歷史性的動作，就能證明和解的力量，以及美國和日本人民的聯盟關係。」
在發表聲明前，兩人先在亞利桑那號戰艦紀念館向罹難者致意，這艘戰艦75年前在珍珠港遭日軍擊沉，當時艦上有1177名軍官戰死，至今仍有900人的遺體被留在船艙內，安倍和歐巴馬獻上和平花圈、默哀40秒後，朝海上灑下花瓣再默哀，全程3分鐘。歐巴馬表示安倍的到訪深具歷史意義，但日方行前多次強調不會為偷襲珍珠港道歉。稍早安倍和歐巴馬還舉行高峰會，這是安倍上任來，第9次與歐巴馬會談，雙方再次重申強化美日同盟關係。（民視新聞綜合報導）
